The American Kratom Association has stated on their website “Kratom is non-habit forming unless taken in high doses for extended periods of time. Users may experience dependence (similar to caffeine dependence) and discomfort on stopping excessive daily use abruptly. Taken in excess it will cause nausea and vomiting.
The US Food and Drug Administration says consumers should not use Kratom which appears to have properties that expose users to the risk of addiction, abuse and dependence due to the opioid-like chemicals in the plant. If buyer/reseller/user decides to consume any of our kratom products, buyer/reseller/user acknowledges the FDA has not approved Kratom as a dietary ingredient for human consumption and buyer/reseller/user does so at their own risk. The Buyer/Reseller/User will take full liability for punitive damages, personal injury damages up to and including death, lost profit or revenues, loss of use of product or equipment and any loss of property that may result from the purchase or use of any of our products, including those manufactured by others. Buyer/reseller/user understands that it is the buyers/resellers/user’s responsibility to abide by local laws and regulations, as well as laws and regulations where products are resold. The buyer/reseller/user agrees to abide by all local, state/province and government regulations in accordance with the use of any products provided by Sunstone Organics LLC. The buyer/reseller/user agrees that it is entirely the buyers/reseller/user’s responsibility to make certain that the products ordered/resold/used are allowed in the buyers/reseller/user’s country/state of residence. All products are shipped via USPS or UPS. The Buyer/reseller/user assumes all risk of non-shipment, partial shipment or damaged shipments.
