When setting up a new store the following information is required:

1. The store name in the ___ field
2. The shipping address to be the physical location address
3. A phone number
4. An email address
5. A contact name in the ‘Notes’ field

These are minimum requirements. If an email address is not available, please place a note in the ‘Notes’ field to indicate if the phone number listed can receive text messages.
