For all practical purposes, Sunstone Organics is a distribution company. We built our brand by running our own delivery routes to Oregon stores — since 2016, store by store. Today those routes reach more than 500 retail locations, we run larger vehicles, and we distribute other product lines alongside our own. Built on Our Own Routes
Most brands hand distribution to somebody else. We never had that option — so we did it ourselves. Since 2016 we have picked, packed, and delivered our own product to the stores that carry it. That is how the relationships were built: the same drivers, the same stores, week after week.
The routes came first. The brand grew on top of them.
Why Drinks Are the Hard Part
Honestly, distributing drinks is a hard logistics problem. Drinks are heavy, they take real shelf and cooler space, and stores want small, frequent deliveries — a case or two at a time, not a pallet. On top of that, most beverage distributors will not handle kratom products at all.
That leaves kratom and alternative drink brands with no practical route to the shelf. That is the gap we cover. Our vehicles, our routes, and our store relationships were built for exactly this kind of delivery.
