1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all our bulk Kratom products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

3. Non-Refundable Items Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly for their return policy).

4. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.
  3. Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.

5. Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Processing Your Refund Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
